Ticket Terms
Buying tickets
The price shown is the full price per ticket – there are no booking fees. Payment is taken by Square, so we never see or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed once your payment completes, and your tickets are then emailed to the address you gave us.
Your tickets
- Each QR code admits one person.
- You can forward your tickets to friends.
- Each code can only be scanned once – the first person to present it is the one who is admitted, so please don’t share a ticket publicly.
- If you lose your ticket email, contact us and we’ll resend your tickets to the email address used for the booking.
Age & ID
Events marked 18+ are strictly for over-18s. We operate Challenge 25, so please bring photo ID. If you can’t show valid ID you may be refused entry, and no refund will be given.
Refunds & cancellations
Tickets are for an event on a specific date, so the usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases doesn’t apply.
- If you can’t attend: tickets are non-refundable, but you are welcome to pass them on to someone else.
- If we cancel the event: you will receive a full refund to the payment method you used.
- If we move the date: your tickets stay valid for the new date. If the new date doesn’t suit you, contact us within 14 days of being told and we’ll refund you.
Refunds are usually completed within 14 days.
At the event
- Door and start times are shown on each event. If you arrive late you may miss part of the show.
- Under our premises licence we may refuse entry to, or ask people to leave, anyone who is intoxicated or whose behaviour is a problem. No refund is given in these cases.
- Line-ups and running times can change.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
